Responsible to provide Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Confirmation Letter Experience Letter, and Reliving LettersResponsible for Drafting legal letters (Labour Office, MPCB, MIDC, Factory Inspector, and MWML)Responsible for Taking follow-ups from placement agencies for recruitment procedure and developing job descriptions.
Responsible for Maintaining records of Entry-Exit Procedures of Employees and HRMS system.Maintaining records of Medical Check-ups, Insurance Policies and taking follow ups for renewal of themPreparing HR SOP .
Maintaining of HR logbook's and Involve in QMS activitiesIssuance and retrieval of usage log book and formats, recording and reviewing of activities performed.
Responsible for Training & Development of all employee's/ workers.As a training coordinator during training activities, ensuring training as per the schedule and verification post training activities.
Any other extra work assign by superior.
Qualification:
