1. Detailed quantity calculation from Engineering design and drawings as well as misc activities.

  • Analyse the scope of the project as per Contract, accordingly any additional work to be put up for variation with the client.
  • Preparation and arranging approval of technical variations/claims from client
  • Reconciliation of work done quantity of subcontractors.
  • Should have knowledge for design and drawings.
  • Should have knowledge of contract billing and basic statutory requirements.
  • Quanity to be reconciled before execution or just after release from EDRC so that any optimisation can be possible before execution at site.
  • Corodination among HQ EDRC, Site design coordinator, site planning team.
  • Client billing and subcontractor billing.
