Job Summary
The Administrative Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the smooth and efficient operation of the NGO's administrative functions.

This position requires a dynamic individual with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a variety of administrative tasks.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in administrative roles is preferable.
  • Strong leadership, management, and supervisory skills.
  • Problemsolving and conflict resolution abilities

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daytoday operations of the homes, including maintenance, safety, and cleanliness.
  • Ensure proper staffing levels and schedules to meet the needs of residents.
  • Address any immediate needs or emergencies that may arise.
  • Ensure that homes are compliant with all relevant regulations and licensing requirements.
  • Manage budgets, office expenses, including procurement and vendor management.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of programs and activities that enhance the quality of life for residents.
  • Prepare and submit reports on the wellbeing and progress of residents to the management.
  • Monitor and assess the physical, emotional, and psychological wellbeing of residents.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, social workers, and counselors to develop and implement care plans.

Salary:
₹12,000.00 per month
