Job Title: Software Development Manager

Company: Innovative Solutions Inc.

Key Responsibilities:

To oversee the software development, integration, testing, implementation, and maintenance of various projects within the portfolio.
Ensure successful delivery of all technology projects in line with business objectives, maximizing their value.
Lead software engineering teams through different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including Requirements Management, Application Design, Software Testing, and Deployment.
Manage and mitigate risks associated with project management, planning, and development.
Ensure applications align with the organization's tech infrastructure and business goals.
Drive the selection, acquisition, and deployment of new software solutions.
Explore emerging technologies and implement the best solutions into the company's software library.
Lead and manage multiple software development teams across various project types.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Master's degree or PMP certification is a bonus.
8-10 years of project management experience in software development and IT.
Strong knowledge of SDLC and proven experience in leading software teams.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
Demonstrated capacity to handle multiple projects and deliver within set timelines and budgets.
Experience in risk identification and mitigation in project delivery.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferably familiar with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Experience in software solution selection, acquisition, and deployment is a plus.
