Responsibilities:

  • Source top-quality ingredients for drink recipes
  • Create and revise beverage recipes based on feedback, seasonal availability, and industry trends
  • Provide training to staff on drink preparation methods and customer interactions
  • Manage beverage inventory and procure supplies when necessary
  • Ensure consistent high-quality standards in drink preparation and presentation
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team for beverage and food pairings
  • Promote new drink specials and events in coordination with the marketing department
  • Stay informed about industry trends and seek fresh ideas for beverage offerings

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated expertise in a similar role, preferably in the food and beverage sector
  • Thorough knowledge of non-alcoholic beverages and mixology
  • Effective leadership and communication abilities
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks concurrently
  • Innovative approach with a willingness to experiment with different flavors and ingredients
  • Understanding of food safety and hygiene protocols
  • Availability for flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends

Salary Range: INR 25,000 to 30,000 monthly
