Job Description :

Lead and participate in the introduction and implementation of new technologies and frameworks_x000D_ Develop project deliverables proof-of-concepts and pilot new technologies_x000D_ Ensures quality code delivery from the team members and vendors including code review verification against best practice and quality testing.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the introduction and implementation of new technologies and frameworks within the organization.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify technical needs and opportunities for innovation.

Develop project deliverables, including proof-of-concepts and prototypes, to demonstrate the feasibility and potential of new technologies.

Pilot new technologies to assess their suitability for integration into existing systems or development of new solutions.

Provide guidance and mentorship to team members and vendors to ensure the quality delivery of code.

Conduct code reviews to verify compliance with coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.

Perform quality testing to identify and address any defects or issues in the codebase.

Work closely with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and industry best practices to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

Act as a technical leader and advocate for innovation and quality within the organization.

Skills :

HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery for front-end development.

Proficiency in using Sitecore Developer Tools, such as Sitecore Rocks, Sitecore CLI,

Strong programming skills in ASP.NET, C#, and .NET Framework.

Proficiency in Sitecore CMS architecture, features, and functionalities.

Hands-on experience in developing and customizing Sitecore-based solutions.
