Essential Functions:

  • Experienced in Analog circuit design across all levels, showcasing a track record of driving innovation and implementing best practices.
  • Ability to work autonomously, taking full ownership of designing complex circuits and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Proficiency in transistor level design and system implementation of various building blocks such as charge pumps, comparators, amplifiers, and regulators.
  • Experience in leading or managing a team of engineers, demonstrating a history of mentorship and talent development.
  • Hands-on experience in developing power products from concept to market release.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering.
  • Minimum of 10 years in Analog Circuit Design, Simulation, and Verification.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of IC processing, packaging, and production test, coupled with proficiency in advanced IC CAD tools.
  • Experience in schematic generation, simulation, and verification using modern CAD tools.
  • Familiarity with comprehensive simulation suites and tools for analysis, parasitic extraction, and layout considerations.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment that encourages creativity and productivity.
