Role Summary:

Job Title: Creative Supervisor - Copy

Location: Worli, Mumbai

Experience: 4 to 7 years of digital copywriting experience in various advertising domains. (Note: Experience in copywriting from other sectors will not be considered for this role)

Job Purpose:

The role focuses on ideation and realization through effective language usage. The Creative Supervisor - Copy possesses a holistic approach towards bringing ideas to life across all consumer touchpoints, setting the concept's tone through short and long-form copy. This role also entails mentoring junior team members to foster growth and learning.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Developing narratives, scripts, storyboards, annotations, and treatments
  • Conveying ideas clearly, in line with the brand message and target audience
  • Presenting concepts internally and occasionally to clients, with coherent structure
  • Ensuring brand consistency, guideline adherence, and positioning understanding
  • Utilizing technology creatively to address business challenges
  • Contributing to pitches and assessing creative briefs and quality
  • Identifying opportunities for creative projects, in collaboration with seniors
  • Executing creative concepts under the guidance of the Creative Director, alongside the Art Director
  • Guiding junior copywriters and interns, providing feedback for their development

Professional Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Copywriter in digital marketing
  • Proficiency in Hindi/Hinglish and digital campaign concepts
  • A robust portfolio showcasing diverse digital content
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading abilities
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices
  • Understanding of digital marketing principles and industry trends
  • Leadership skills to inspire and collaborate within a creative team
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related fields
