Key Responsibilities:

Webinar and Seminar Strategy:
Develop a comprehensive strategy for webinars and seminars, including topics, formats, and target audiences.

Event Planning:
Plan and coordinate all aspects of webinars and seminars, from scheduling and speakers to technical setup and promotion.

Audience Engagement:
Create compelling content and interactive elements to engage participants during the events.

Registration and Ticketing:
Manage registration processes, ticket sales, and revenue tracking

Technical & Backend Setup:
Ensure smooth technical execution of webinars and seminars, including managing webinar platforms and troubleshooting issues.

Improve Conversion:
Implement strategies to improvise the conversion % of Registration to attendees & retention/engagement rate %

Data Analysis:
Analyze participant data, feedback, and event performance to make data-driven decisions and optimize future events.

Feedback and Improvement:
Gather participant feedback and identify areas for improvement in content, delivery, and overall event experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
-Proven experience in project management and event coordination. -Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to take ownership of projects. -Excellent organizational and communication skills. -Proficiency in webinar and event management platforms. -Data-driven with the ability to analyze and act upon data. -Sales or revenue generation experience is a plus.
