Job Title: Graphic Designer

Location: Bengaluru

Job Description: We are currently seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The Graphic Designer will play a crucial role in developing visually appealing and impactful designs for various marketing collaterals and campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Design posters, flyers, and other promotional materials for use on social media platforms ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.
  • Create short videos related to services and products following creative briefs and guidelines for social media use.
  • Develop design concepts and artwork for product campaigns collaborating with marketing teams to effectively communicate key messages.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements and project objectives.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines effectively.
  • Ensure fast turnaround time for design deliverables while maintaining high quality and accuracy.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders seeking feedback and incorporating suggestions into design work.

  • Demonstrated high degree of creativity and artistic flair.
  • Capacity to work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detail.

  • Good communication skills both verbal and written.
  • High energy level and enthusiasm for creative work.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Experience with video editing software is a plus.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and design best practices.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.

Salary:

  • Up to per annum plus performance-based incentives.
