Main Responsibilities -
Lead substantial growth in views, followers, and engagement for Deepak Bajaj's social media channels and our digital marketing agency's accounts.
Job Overview –
- Create innovative campaigns and strategies for massive growth on various social media platforms. Keep us and our followers engaged with your remarkable outcomes.
- Curate attention-grabbing content that sparks conversations and attracts followers. Stay updated on trends and tailor content for each platform.
- Discover top-notch content and develop unique social media campaigns that drive virality and buzz around our brand, including contests, collaborations, and new formats.
- Manage postings across social media platforms according to schedules.
- Analyze data, devise plans, and execute strategies to drive significant growth across platforms, with continuous performance improvement as the ultimate goal.
- Transform social media success into leads and business growth, such as directing traffic to our website, enhancing brand visibility, and generating sales leads.
- Engage with followers, promptly respond to comments and messages, and cultivate a strong online community around our brand.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends and tools.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and video editors to bring your ideas to fruition, providing clear direction to ensure a unified brand voice.
Skills & Education -
- Graduate degree
- Proficient in written and verbal English & Hindi
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Proven hands-on experience in managing diverse social media accounts with significant growth achievements
- Thorough understanding of Social Media Trends, Algorithms, and human psychology
- Basic knowledge of lead generation, brand establishment, sales funnels, and marketing through Social Media
- Passionate about building social media communities and brand presence
- Ability to collaborate across multiple teams
