Digital Marketing Generalist

to join our team.

This position will involve creating and executing various marketing strategies to enhance iKSANA's online presence and boost our marketing and sales efforts.

We need someone who pays attention to detail, thinks strategically, possesses technical expertise or a willingness to learn, and can efficiently coordinate different marketing activities.

This role is based in our office in Dehradun.

Key Responsibilities:


Manage a wide array of marketing activities, such as local SEO, backlinking, content marketing, Google and Meta Ads, LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, online reviews, affiliate marketing, partnerships, sponsorships, collaborations, photography, and data analysis.

Oversee organic content across SEO, Quora, and other platforms.

Create and implement innovative social media strategies that align with company goals and audience preferences.

Generate compelling content like posts, images, videos, GIFs, and infographics for social media.


Maintain an active presence on key social media platforms (e.g., Google My Business, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube) while ensuring consistent brand messaging.

Tailor content to suit different platforms.

Plan, run, and optimize social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and support marketing initiatives.

Track social media metrics, analyze campaign performance, and provide regular reports with actionable insights for strategy enhancement.

Stay informed about industry trends, new social media platforms, and digital marketing best practices to enhance and optimize our social media endeavors

Desired Qualifications and Skills

2-4 years of marketing experience or relevant internship/training
Ability to coordinate cross-functional marketing tasks
Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively, taking ownership of tasks once assigned
Hands-on experience with Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
Strong eye for detail
Experience in startup environments or enthusiasm for fast-paced organizations
Capability to juggle multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced setting with deadlines
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques, with a readiness to learn new methods and tools
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google and Meta Ads
Familiarity with Wix, Canva, and Lightroom
Superb verbal and written communication skills (copywriting skills are a bonus)
Passion for innovation and creativity
Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, and travel as required
Enthusiasm for a fast-paced work environment
