Contact Centre Representative

  • Counselling around customers over the phone every day explaining about Company.
  • Calling on leads generated through various online and offline campaigns.
  • Maintaining longlasting relationships with existing customers through exceptional after
- sales service.

  • Utilizing virtual meetings to build relationships with new customers.
  • Developing indepth knowledge of product features and benefits.
  • Advising customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications.
  • Creating a sales pipeline to accurately reflect the relative placement of sales prospects.
  • Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Responsible closing deals and processing payments.
  • Influencing consumer choice and preference of service by following a prepared script to give relevant specialty information.
  • Maintaining procedures, processes, and quality on all the calls.
  • Achieve sales targets.
  • Identify the need of the potential lead and pitch products / offerings from Company as per the patients need it.
  • Effectively communicate with patients to gain commitment to purchase.
  • Experienced in objections handling and probing.
  • Strong forte on followup calls ensuring conversions.
  • Making calls (minimum to patients to explain about Company.
  • Engage patients and keep the conversation going.
  • Listening to the Patient needs to generate repeat sales.
  • Answering patient's queries on the products.
  • Meeting sales targets consistently month on month.
