Key Result Areas:

Business Operations:

  • Work with business team on MIS & Resource management planning and projection
  • Ideal team structures and reporting structures to enable smooth operations Streamline crossfunctional overlaps e. g. HR & Delivery, Finance & Delivery, Sales & Finance

Leadership:

  • Ability to work with cross functional teams to extract data and define processes for better visibility to Senior team & Delivery Unit heads
  • Analyze data and information to identify business opportunities
  • Work closely with executive management to achieve outcomes based on company goals
  • Recommend and update policies and procedures to improve performance
  • Create monthly reports to management on key findings and Role will report in to the operation head
  • Hands on at what level (Analytics, targets, dashboards, campaign/ audience/ platform level)
  • Build dashboards and Data models for project, people & cost to align and take better decision at senior level

Qualification:

  • Bachelors / masters
  • Experience: 5 years of experience
  • Operations & program management in service industry
  • IT/ITES, Consulting
  • Proficiency in Power BI & Excel dashboards is advantage
