Job Description:

Software Requirements:

Proficiency in programming languages:
Python (mandatory), R, SQL
Experience with Hive and Spark for big data processing
Familiarity with , GitHub, and ML Engineering tools
Knowledge of cloud services like Snowflake, AWS, Azure, etc.

Overall Responsibilities:
Develop and deploy predictive models in production, particularly in the financial services domain
Leverage Generative AI and Large Language Models for innovative solutions
Write well-designed, efficient, and modular code
Maintain a strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and core ML algorithms

Category-wise Technical Skills:

Programming:
Strong hands-on experience in Python, R, SQL, Hive, and Spark
Ability to produce clean, modular, and optimized code

Machine Learning:
Solid foundation in statistics and understanding of ML algorithms at a mathematical level
Experience with Time Series, NLP, Deep Learning, and Generative AI (preferred)

GenAI and LLM

Experience:
Must have experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models
Demonstrated use of Transformers within LLM frameworks such as OpenAI

Software Engineering:
Understanding of software engineering principles
Experience in building and deploying large-scale software applications

Data Science Application:
Proven track record in Sales and Marketing, Campaign Analytics, E-commerce Retail, or banking product analytics

Must-Have Skills:
Experience with

building chatbots

and leveraging

OpenAI technology
Practical application of data science and ML in large, complex datasets
Deployment of predictive models in a production environment

Experience:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Data Science with a focus on Generative AI and deployment of predictive models

Day-to-Day Activities:
Conduct data exploration and model development to address complex business problems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data science solutions into business processes
Continuously learn and apply new techniques in the field of Generative AI and Machine Learning
Document and present model development processes and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field

Soft Skills:
Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and presentation
Quick learner with a curious and innovative mindset
Team player with a proven ability to work independently.
