Job Description:

Generate business from Industry/Corporate/Domestic/Institutional customer in rooftop segment

Explore geographies and Government departments to generate business

Managing relationship with various stakeholders to facilitate business

Collate the estimates of existing market potential for rooftop/captive solar projects


Prepare sales/revenue forecast and implement strategies to achieve sales, revenue, profit, and market-share objectives of the company and deliver on annual and quarterly sales/revenue/profit plans.

Analyse sales and industry data, market trends, and impact of changes in external and review sales plan as necessary.

Manage the sales process for tenders and direct sales analyse margins or reasons for lost orders.

Create a roadmap for new business development, initiate actions for generating sales.

Provide/ organize sales support, monitor status, and ensure achievement on a sustained basis.

Ensure prompt follow -up with customers for orders, commercial terms, payments, approvals, problem resolution, etc.

Qualifications:

  • You have years of hard core sales experience in solar roof sales in industries / corporate sectors.
  • Have an excellent network of prospective client base.
  • You have worked in the Northern, Western part of India.
  • You have a strong track record of overperforming against sales target
  • You are an effective planner and have a strong orientation to process
  • You have hunter mindset, love selling and thrive under pressure
  • You building strong relationship built on trust, and are a strong verbal communicator
  • You are a graduate from any stream and have an MBA too.
