Key Deliverables:

  • Identify customers' needs and help them find clothing items that suit their body types.
  • Create complete looks from head to toe to match customer's style.
  • Offer personalized styling tips.
  • Recommend shoes and accessories that complement customers' outfit.
  • Inform customers about fashion trends.
  • Provide product details, including fabrics, wash care instructions, prices and discounts.
  • Suggest alternative outfits and colors to create unique looks.
  • Build connections with customers to increase the frequency of customers' visit to the store.

What to Expect:

  • Most of the time you will be on the shop floor looking for opportunities to offer styling tips to customers and maximize on store sales.
  • You'll be expected to help customers with styling tips and help them build complete outfit and thus help build long term association of customers with the brand.
  • You should be able to effectively communicate with customers and understand their needs and offer outfit basis same.
  • Work in collaboration with front end team and simultaneously train them on new styles, trends and fashion.

  • An eye for visual composition and proportion.
  • Commercial awareness including a good knowledge of designers, brands and trends
  • An excellent work ethic and cando attitude.
  • An exceptional eye for detail.
  • Positive, proactive and assertive approach.
