Site BIM Coordinator cum BIM Modeler for CMPC & EDRC teams, positioned at project site.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Developing BIM Models and plans understanding the scope of work for Site Engineering.
  • Creating detailed design drawings (Geometric modeling, Rebar Modeling) using Revit.
  • Supporting Engineering documentation, BIM Modelling, and monitoring of BIM standards.
  • Ensuring Model/drawings accuracy based on BIM standards and BIM Workflow criteria.
  • Generating schematic animation for construction schemes developed.
  • Performing design adjustments, options, and scheme preparations, coordinating with Central EDRC & CPMC Teams to support project execution.
  • Knowledge of using shared Parameters and Project Parameters.
  • Setting up Annotation Styles and Annotation family.
Mandatory Skills:
  • Expertise in 3D BIM Software (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks).
  • Experience with 4D/5D BIM, Tekla, and other software is beneficial.
  • Understanding of BIM Modelling concepts & procedures.
  • Previous experience in modelling, BIM coordination, and project management.
  • Proficiency in modelling steel structure and RCC structure projects.
  • Familiarity with project set-up and sheet set-up.
  • Knowledge in Parametric family creation and Annotation family creation.
  • Working experience in BIM360/ACC.
  • Clear understanding of industry standards.
