We are looking for anexperienced and talented individual to join us as a Salon Manager.You should be able to work for our beauty hair and nail salon toprovide our clients with the best and highest quality servicepossible.
As a Salon Manager you will be responsible formanaging the salon and overseeing all the operations involved. Youwill be also responsible for preparing employees schedules withappropriate tasks. You will be directly reporting to the SalonOwners on a regular basis.
To succeed in this position youshould be providing high customer service to our clients. Youshould be also managing stock levels on a daily basis. Yourultimate goal will be to improve our client base in an efficientand effective manner.
You should possess extraordinarycustomer service skills and the ability to manage time. In additionto this you should also have extraordinary communication skills.You will be answering all the queries and questions about theservices provided by our salon.

Responsibilities

  • Offeringhighquality services to clients such as hair washing facials waxingand salon services.
  • Delegating tasks to thesalon team members.
  • Maintaining proper workschedules.
  • Understanding the clients needs andrecommending the necessary services.
  • Answeringquestions about salon services provided to theclient.
  • Working in collaboration with HairStylists Beauticians and other teammembers.
  • Resolving client complaints in aprofessional and timely manner.
  • Maintainingfinancial records and issuing payment receipts toclients.
  • Keeping the salon clean and tidy atall times.
  • Assisting in the hiring and trainingprocess.
  • Adhering to all the salon healthregulations.
  • Preparing and maintaining retailsales and customerreports.

Requirements

  • Highschool diploma or GED
  • Working experience as aSalon Manager or a similar position in the Retail or Beautyindustry.
  • A professional cosmetology licensewill be an advantage.
  • Demonstrate the abilityto manage time effectively.
  • Great inventorymanagement skills.
  • Ability to maintain apositive environment among the staffmembers.
  • Excellent business finance andaccounting skills.
