Job Description

The Odoo Trainer will be responsible for providing training sessions on the Odoo ERP system to clients and internal staff. The main goal is to ensure users grasp the different Odoo modules effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and conduct Odoo training programs.
  • Customize training materials to suit client requirements.
  • Deliver in-person, online, and hybrid training sessions.
  • Provide practical exercises and hands-on training.
  • Create and maintain training documentation and user manuals.
  • Identify training needs and propose suitable solutions.
  • Evaluate training outcomes through assessments and feedback.
  • Keep updated on the latest Odoo features and functionalities.
  • Collaborate with the implementation team to personalize training for each client.
  • Offer assistance and support post-training as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as an Odoo Trainer or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Odoo ERP and its modules (Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Capable of explaining complex ideas in a clear manner.
  • Experience in developing training materials.
  • Familiarity with various training methods and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
  • Preferred certification in Odoo or related ERP systems.
