We are seeking a passionate and experienced Engineering Manager to lead and empower the talented team of developers forour client.

You will be responsible for driving the development of high-quality, scalable solutions, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Work closely with developers to produce high-level solutions and documentation.
  • Help solve technical problems when they arise.
  • Monitor systems to ensure they meet both user needs and business goals.
  • Team Management :
  • Mentor junior team members in key decision making.
  • Set up and improve processes to increase team effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Establish and champion best practices for development.

Qualifications :

  • Should have 8+ years of work experience in software development.
  • Possess 25 years of engineering management experience, preferably in a technology company.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
