Overview:As a Resident Medical Officer at our healthcare facility, you will play a vital role in delivering top-notch medical care to patients.   • Performing medical assessments and examinations on patients.
  • Supporting in the diagnosis and treatment of patients under the guidance of senior doctors.
  • Monitoring and maintaining patient records and medical charts.
  • Administering prescribed medications and treatments.
  • Handling medical emergencies and providing essential interventions.
  • Assisting in surgical procedures and postoperative care.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic patient care.
  • Offering medical consultations to patients and their families.
  • Participating in ward rounds and case discussions.
  • Ensuring adherence to medical protocols, ethics, and standards.
Required Qualifications:
  • MBBS or an equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution.
  • Valid medical license and registration with the appropriate medical board.
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a hospital environment.
  • Proficiency in utilizing medical equipment and technology.
  • Sound knowledge of medical ethics and patient privacy.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Aptitude for thriving in a fast-paced and challenging setting.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work harmoniously as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy in medical records.

This role involves utilizing medical equipment, coordinating with healthcare professionals, adhering to medical protocols, administering medications, teamwork, responding to medical emergencies, collaboration, interpersonal skills, patient confidentiality, providing medical consultations, diagnosing patients, attention to detail, decision-making, treating patients, medical documentation, monitoring patient progress, assisting in surgical procedures.
