ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct simple and advanced data analyses to help clients make good business decisions.
  • Work on project leadership to define project scope.
  • Guide the team on a daytoday basis to meet the project timelines.
  • Work with the client to gather the right datasets needed for the analysis.
  • Active participation in data cleaning and insights generation
  • Storyboarding the insights so that it is ready to be presented to the client.
  • Apply advanced statistical, econometric and optimization models and algorithms to realworld business problems.
  • Develop new statistical models as well as provide analysis using existing models.
  • Maintain the highest standards to follow the best practices and trending analytics in pharma domain.
  • Work with internal business teams to understand product features, requirements and use cases.
  • Strong understanding of AI and ML algorithms with prior experience of having developed and maintained them for clients.
  • Understanding of different healthcare secondary and primary data sources indepth

  • R, Python, SQL
  • Marketing Mix, Test and Control, Investment Optimization, AB testing
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Sense of ownership and urgency to the tasks
  • Setting internal deadlines for the team to meet the project timelines.
  • Understanding of a pharma life cycle including the development, regulatory and commercial aspects of global markets
  • Knowledge of Patient data
  • Advanced ML algorithms like CNN, TCN, LSTM etc.
  • Understanding of LLM models
