Creative Director

We are looking for a Creative Director - Art with at least 12 years of experience in the advertising industry, preferably in B2B agencies.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing creative strategies that elevate brands and drive business results.
Responsibilities:
Lead the creative vision and strategy for our agency, ensuring alignment with client objectives, brand guidelines, and industry trendsCollaborate closely with account managers and clients to understand business objectives, target audience insights, and project requirementsOversee the development of creative concepts, campaigns, and brand experiences across various channels, including digital, print, social, and experientialProvide mentorship, guidance, and feedback to members of the creative team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environmentLead client presentations, articulating the rationale behind creative concepts and soliciting feedback for refinementStay updated on emerging technologies, design trends, and industry best practices, incorporating new ideas and techniques into our creative processManage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standardsCollaborate with external vendors, freelancers, and production partners as needed to execute creative projects
Qualifications:
Minimum of 12 years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in a B2B advertising agencyStrong portfolio showcasing a range of successful campaigns including motion pictures, films and projects across various channelsExceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teamsStrategic thinker with a deep understanding of B2B marketing principles and the ability to translate client objectives into creative solutionsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design softwareProven track record of managing large-scale projects and campaigns from concept to executionAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail
