We are seeking a

Machine Learning Engineer

to join our team. You will be working on client facing projects, building POCs and writing technical blogs for our sites. This is a fully remote position, initially, it'll be a

3-month internship

with the potential for extension or full-time offer based on performance. This is a paid internship at

₹25,000/month .


This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and expand your knowledge in the field of AI development.

This is a completely remote job, you will work on your own time. No micro-management, promise.

You will be a learning a lot on the job, so don't worry if you do not meet all qualifications.

As long as you can learn an adapt, this will be a good experience for you.

ResponsibilitiesLearn to use techniques like

LoRA ,

FineTuning ,

Transfer Learning , etc. and use them in our projects.
Read papers and learn more AI concepts to increase your own knowledge. Yes, this is necessary.
Build

POCs . Work on client facing

AI

projects under guidance of senior engineers.
Documenting your journey by writing technical articles explaining complex AI topics in simple language.

QualificationsDeep expertise working as a machine learning engineer or similar role, focusing on

NLP .Strong programming skills with proven experience implementing Python-based solutions.
Familiar with common DS libraries ( NumPy ,

pandas , and

scikit-learn )Common ML frameworks (like

PyTorch ,

TensorFlow ,

Keras ), worked with text embeddings and transformer modelsNo need for a degree, if you have skills we will be happy to work with you.
Excellent

written

and

verbal

communication skills.
Strong research skills to gather information and validate technical content.
Proficiency in using reading AI papers if required.

Bonus ExperienceLLMs and related tooling:
Agents ,

GPT ,

Langchain ,

HuggingFace , etc.
Deep learning techniques, reinforcement learning, and generative models

Interview Process (1 x Phone Screen | 10 mins1 x Take Home Assignment | ~2-3 hour1 x Technical Interview | 1 hour

Note:
This is a 3-month internship, with the potential to turn into a full-time job.

We don't hire based on DSA. You'll be a good fit if you're awesome at AI and capable of building real-world applications with them.

We prefer people who are strong in AI, web & tech fundamentals and open to learning any framework/library as required.
