  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services
  • Follow scripts and guidelines provided by the company for effective communication
  • Use phone etiquette to engage customers and build rapport
  • Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or information
  • Up sell products or services when applicable
  • Enter and update customer information accurately in the database

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Malayalam and English
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Proficient in data entry and computer skills
