In this Operations Support Role at American Express, you will play a crucial part in the CEN operations team, supporting key Business Units like DGT, India CEN & Digital Servicing teams with various MIS & Payroll tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee operational & payroll programs for CEN functions
  • Manage Power pay payouts according to policies & guidelines
  • Represent CEN in Statutory Payroll Audits
  • Create executive level MIS reports and presentations
  • Collaborate with other teams for data processing and insights
  • Analyze performance trends and drive improvements
  • Participate in operational reviews and customize MIS reports

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of CEN operating models
  • Proficiency in key performance metrics and reporting tools
  • Skills in MS Excel, Power Point, and data visualization tools
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Experience with SQL, Python, Tableau
  • Ability to work across multiple work streams
  • Team player with integrity
  • Minimum 2 years in current role, 5+ years of work experience
