Position Title: Treasures Relationship Manager

Department: CBG

Rank: Associate/Sr Associate

Reports To: Vice President

Job Purpose:
  • To achieve exceptional volume and revenue performance by acquiring and engaging with high net worth Treasures clients, ensuring client satisfaction, and promoting DBS products and services.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Acquire and upgrade quality Treasures clients
  • Deepen customer relationships for increased wallet share
  • Achieve monthly and annual revenue objectives
  • Drive customer service excellence
  • Ensure regulatory compliance

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Acquire and manage elite Treasures Client segment
  • Conduct timely portfolio reviews
  • Resolve customer queries efficiently
  • Provide market feedback and suggest improvements
  • Collaborate with peers and colleagues for team success

Required Experience:
  • Minimum 10 years in HNI Sales/Wealth Management/Private Banking
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning and local market
  • Certifications in relevant fields are a plus

Education/Preferred Qualifications:
  • Graduate/Post Graduate with MBA

Core Competencies:
  • Effective listening and probing skills
  • Strong relationship management abilities
  • Results-oriented with good communication skills
  • Customer-centric with problem-solving abilities

Technical Competencies:
  • Understanding of wealth management products
  • Knowledge of banking regulations and KYC requirements
