Job Description

The Cloud Contact Centre team is responsible for the support and transformation in Santander?s Amazon Connect and SCV services based on AWS and Salesforce SaaS platforms that enable Santander to handle customer interactions.

As specified our Amazon Connect services are primarily based on Amazon Lex, Amazon Contact flows and Lambda functions (Python) that integrate with internal and 3rd party systems (e.g.

Payments backend, Accounts services, Nuance Voice Biometrics, etc) and AWS services (e.g. DDBs, Kinesis, API Gateway, etc).

The job posting is for developer roles that will form a pivotal part in the Agile squads leading transformation and BAU activities.


Requirements would be 2+ years of experience in:
Practical programming language experience in Python (must) and Java, Javascript.
Development and implementation using Python on AWS Lambda functions.

SDLC, of software design and implementation, security, cloud, infrastructure as code and CI/CD e.g Git workflowsContinuous delivery systems and methodologies on AWS e.g.

CloudFormation, SAM CLI, etcAWS overall architecture (AWS Cloud Fundamentals).

It would also be nice for you to have:
AWS certificationFamiliar with Agile methodologies, Scrum and Kanban leveraging JIRA and ConfluenceSalesforce SCV
