What will you do


The Product team is at the forefront of Angel One's user-first approach, with a single-minded focus towards building a fintech platform.

From analysing consumer and industry trends to conceptualizing features and strategy roadmaps, the Angel One Product team facilitates cross-functional collaboration to develop innovative solutions that drive retention and growth at Angel One.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Roadmap - Driving the product strategy vision breaking it into quarterly roadmaps to ensure that the company achieves its short term and long-term business needs and goals (from ideation to execution)
  • Execution - Align with Business leadership on the ideal customer acquisition paths for our various sales segments, and then build out a world-class user experience to support those acquisition paths
  • Growth - Leverage experimentation tactics to improve onboarding, engagement and retention across Angel One
BI & Analytics - Leverage data for decision making, analytical insights to uncover priorities. Should be able to use combination of data science, analytics, and technology to simplify complex decisions

  • Design - Collaborating with design teams to shape consistent user experience across product and communication interfaces. Refers to storyboarding, customer empathy mapping, wireframing and user testing within UI/UX.
  • Customer Service - Driving cross-functional teams with engineering, design, support, and marketing to resolve end to end customer issues
  • Team - Hiring, Leading, Mentoring and Supporting, a dynamic team of product managers
What we are looking for

  • 10+ years of Overall experience, with 7+ years of product management experience in scaling
digital B2C/B2B products keeping the end-user first

  • Track record of shipping products to successful commercial outcomes at scale
  • Excellent understanding of mobile first design, user experience and user research/testing
  • Ability to ask questions, deep understanding of correlation & causation with qualifying ability
to accept/reject insights from data accordingly

  • Enjoy building businesses challenging the status quo, including identifying market
opportunities, defining success metrics, and developing product roadmaps

  • Demonstrated ability to teach and coach the product management skills within your team
  • Technical skills to participate in influencing architecture, engineering design and work with
engineering leadership to make the right trade-offs
