  • Archive the content file post technical checks done by the team
  • Maintain content records and monthly reporting
  • Convert file for Syndication
  • Inventory management
  • Ensure the Archival of digital content
  • Ensure content is available for Channel Creative Teams at any given point of time
  • Ensure the Library / Storage capacity is working as per requirements
  • Assign resources to the incoming content for TC, QC checks
  • There are no errors in the file
  • Time is taken for archival
  • Time taken for retrieval

2Creating Content IDs

  • Assign a unique ID to every single content file which is stored in the network
  • Ensure that File IDs are as maintained per company standards for the specific channels/ content
  • No, if IDs assigned

3Technical Check

  • Assign Technical Checks and Quality check responsibilities to the operations team
  • Review/ Update the technical checklist as per network requirements
  • Ensure zero technical errors in the final content
  • No technical errors identified
  • No quality errors identified

4Capability building

  • Train team members on process & TC/QC techniques
  • Train new hires on editing equipment, tools, workflows, and processes
  • Number of trainings conducted

5Managing team performance

  • Track team performance at an overall and individual level and provide support/ guidance wherever required to ensure achievement of annual plans
  • Manage effective resource allocation across different teams, enhance the capability quotient of team members and drive higher team engagement through appropriate HR interventions
  • Team engagement score
