Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging and interactive Java programming classes for students.
• Develop and update course materials, including lesson plans, assignments, and assessments.
• Provide oneonone tutoring and support to students to help them grasp complex concepts.
• Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Java programming.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with other instructors and staff to continuously improve the curriculum and teaching methods.
• Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and other educational events as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Java programming with a strong understanding of core concepts and best practices.
• Previous teaching or tutoring experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in an easytounderstand manner.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching and helping students succeed.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and levels.
