Platform Engineer – Hyderabad - Onsite
Work Mode: 5 Days Working from OfficeExperience: 5+ years
Must have into Linux administration.
Must have Kubernetes.
Any Anthos/ Gitops.
MUST have expert level understanding of AWS EKS Installation, Patching and Backup and Recovery Procedures. MUST be able to define SOPs for Platform Monitoring and Maintenance.
MUST have expert level understanding of Kubernetes.
Preferably AWS Certified or Kubernetes CKA.MUST understand ISTIO service mesh and be able to install, configure and maintain the service mesh, ingress and egressMUST understand how to create Error Budgets and Manage, Monitor and Alert on them.
Must be able to create HELM Charts or K8 Manifests for Stateful Stateless, Deployments, PODS, Services, Secrets and configMaps.MUST be able to create and Manage CRD based K8 Operators and ApplicationsMUST understand Microservice Architectures as well as Deploying, Maintaining and monitoring them on K8.MUST be able to work using a ticketing system such as SNOW, JIRA etc.
MUST understand problem management and implementation of the same.MUST be able to do Capacity Planning, Forecasting and Management. Should have a general understanding of FinOps.
MUST be able to lead and manage and team of Platform EngineersMUST be able to produce Weekly and Monthly Platform health reports and Improvement plans.
