First class Graduate in Science/ Commerce degree Fresh or with 2 to 3 yrs work experience in a Company with academics above 80% in SSLC, HSC & Degree & must hold a 2 wheeler/ 4 Wheeler (LMV) driving license.
Computer working knowledge in MS office, Excell is a must. Should be a self starter. Looks after all admin activities of an IT Company.Office Assistant Duties And Responsibilities
An Office Assistant helps an office stay organised by taking care of various administrative tasks.
Here are some of their essential duties and responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Scheduling appointments and meetings for other employees
- Managing office supplies, maintenance
- Responding to customer queries
- Helping manage the office correspondence
- Maintaining attendance and appraisal records of employees
- Salary Payment calculation, coordination for renewals bill payments
- Performing general clerical and administrative tasks
- Complete office management. Preparation of various reports and maintenance
- Visit / Travel as required to all Govt offices/ Statutory bodies
