Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-driven Sales and Marketing Intern to join our Sales and Marketing team. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about mental health and interested in promoting our services in Education Sector for special education programs, and corporate wellness initiatives. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in sales and marketing strategies, client outreach, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities in the education and corporate sectors.
  • Client Outreach: Assist in developing and executing outreach strategies to schools, special education programs, and corporate clients.
  • Campaign Management: Support the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns to promote mental health services.
  • Content Creation: Develop content for marketing materials, social media, and promotional activities.
  • Event Coordination: Help organize and participate in events, workshops, and webinars related to mental wellness.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including school administrators, special education professionals, and corporate HR teams.
  • Reporting: Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and outreach efforts, providing regular reports to the marketing head.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in mental health, education, and corporate employee wellness programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus.
