Executive - Business Development

Job Description

Position Purpose:

As a Business Development Executive, you will drive the growth and retention of HCM solutions that revolutionize HR and Payroll functions.

Your role involves generating and nurturing sales leads, establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, and collaborating with internal teams to stimulate demand in the Middle East and GCC regions.

This strategic role is ideal for an enthusiastic, people-oriented professional who can showcase our value proposition to clients and work closely with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business opportunities and longterm accounts through various lead generation methods.
  • Coordinate business generation activities and create targeted sales strategies.
  • Consistently meet revenue targets in line with team and organizational objectives.
  • Research and utilize tools to enhance sales and business opportunities.
  • Maintain and upgrade existing accounts to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Present products/services that meet prospects' needs.
  • Manage sales revenue growth and retention in the assigned territory.
  • Work with sales and marketing teams to execute sales strategies and refine lead generation activities.
  • Create and maintain a CRM database.
  • Regularly engage with customers to ensure value delivery and identify opportunities for upgrades and upselling.
  • Collaborate with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting, and maintain both shortterm and longterm business development plans.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree from a recognized university; MBA preferred.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise and SMB software sales cycles.
  • At least 2+ years of relevant software sales experience and 4+ years of overall B2B sales experience.
  • Ability to demonstrate solutions to customers.
  • Experience with HCM software providers is a significant advantage.
  • Preferably experienced with clients in the Middle East and GCC regions.
  • Familiarity with Sales Force automation/CRM tools.
  • Detailoriented with strong analytical skills and problemsolving abilities.
  • Selfstarter, actionoriented, and capable of working under pressure.
  • Excellent multitasking skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and a resultsdriven approach.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with a collaborative work style and a commitment to achieving goals.
  • Strong English presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of marketing trends and techniques is a plus.
