  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and timely information.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct followup calls to potential and existing customers to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to improve product/services and customer experience.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports on call activities and sales performance

Team Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to achieve common goals.
