Position Summary

:
The

Procurement Functional Analyst


provides ongoing end-user holistic support for applications supporting procurement processes during implementations projects, as well as business as usual activities.

He / She works with the users to perform the analysis of business requirements and system enhancements, addresses them preparing functional and technical specifications, solves issues and identify their root causes to prevent them in future.

Key Dutiessupport procurement applications' end-userresolve incidents and problems related to procurement area, including Oracle EBS procurement module, including iSupplier and iProcurementlead or participate in root cause analysis / corrective action for critical issues and incidentslead the deployment of enhancements in procurement applications area particularly in the designing, building, testing, implementation and stabilization phasesdevelop test plans to ensure proper system functionality and defects free release and meet business requirements.

Maintain systems to ensure reliability and performancelead and support the deployment service requests (change requests) ensuring solution is scalable and meets overall business requirements and identify / document functional gaps, maintaining documentation for changes made to systemscollaborate with the Project Management Office to estimate the delivery timelines, estimate resourcing needs, and identify risks & issues upfrontmonitor, support and enhance software integrations in procurement area (, ERP-APS, ERP-SRM, etc.)cooperate with colleagues on other team in order to design harmonized solutionsconduct ongoing quality reviews and analysis of data in all systems in procurement processes area; identifies data quality issues and escalates for corrective actionssupport and contribute on digital innovation initiatives for the procurement areatake part in digitalization projects as subject matter expert for procurement processeswork effectively with remote team members, outsourced resources, and users to complete tasks.

School Background / Working Seniority2-5 years of experience on Oracle EBS procurement area, including iSupplier and iProcurementBachelor's degree or equivalentInternational experienceExperience in an international System Integrator company is a plus

Basic SkillsStrong English language skillsPMP or equivalent project management certification preferredAnalytical, and Problem-solving skills are required

Technical / Functional skillsDeep experience with Oracle EBS procurement module including iSupplier and iProcurementExperience with Oracle Advanced Pricing module is a plusExperience with Oracle ASCP is a plusExperience with PL/SQL or MS SQL, Java and Javascript is a plusExperience creating Functional Requirement Documentation and Test ScriptExcellent Communication and Teamwork skillsProcess Discipline and Documentation skills essentialReady to move beyond comfort zoneAbility to be adaptable and flexible while responding to deadlines on assignments and workflow fluctuationsKnowledge of ITIL v3 is preferred
