Responsibilities:

  • ConsultantManagement: Collaborate with external recruitmentagencies and consultants negotiating terms and overseeing theirperformance to ensure alignment with projectneeds.
  • BulkHiring: Manage largescale recruitment initiativescoordinating the hiring process for multiple positionssimultaneously while maintaining quality standards and meetingproject deadlines.
  • HiringPartner Collaboration: Partner with externalorganizations universities and industry associations to identifypotential talent pools and establish effective recruitmentchannels.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads tounderstand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plansfor eachproject.
  • PerformanceMetrics: Track recruitment metrics analyze data andprovide regular reports to management identifying areas forimprovement andoptimization.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulationsthroughout the recruitmentprocess.
  • ContinuousImprovement: Stay updated on industry trends and bestpractices in recruitment implementing enhancements to therecruitment process asneeded.
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorsdegree in Human Resources Business Administration or a relatedfield.
  • Proven experience inrecruitment or talent acquisition preferably within the engineeringor construction industry.
  • Strongunderstanding of engineering roles and technical skillrequirements.
  • Familiarity with EPCMprojects and the specific staffing needs associated with mineralprocessing plants isadvantageous.
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engageand build relationships with candidates and stakeholders at alllevels.
  • Demonstrated ability todevelop and implement effective recruitmentstrategies.
  • Proficiency in applicanttracking systems (ATS) and other recruitmentsoftware.
  • Highly organized withstrong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiplepriorities simultaneously.
  • Strategicthinker with a proactive approach to problemsolving anddecisionmaking.
  • Commitment toupholding ethical standards and maintaining confidentialitythroughout the recruitmentprocess.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or arelated field. Proven experience in recruitment or talentacquisition, preferably within the engineering or constructionindustry. Strong understanding of engineering roles and technicalskill requirements. Familiarity with EPCM projects and the specificstaffing needs associated with mineral processing plants isadvantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidatesand stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated ability to develop andimplement effective recruitment strategies. Proficiency inapplicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability tomanage multiple priorities simultaneously. Strategic thinker with aproactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintainingconfidentiality throughout the recruitment process.
