  • Supporting Actions
  • Operational Management:
    • Operate Kiln efficiently to reach production targets
    • Check equipment parameters at the start of the shift
    • Monitor kiln process parameters continuously
    • Record kiln operational parameters timely in log book
    • Ensure quality parameters for Kiln and coal mill operation
    • Coordinate with departments for issue resolutions
    • Report production to superiors at shift end
  • Cost Control:
    • Avoid idle circuit running
    • Optimize operations
    • Reduce Specific Heat consumption
    • Early detection of breakdowns
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Increase output rate
    • Analyze process trends and reduce abnormalities
    • Report near misses
    • Implement Kaizens
  • Plant Availability:
    • Inspect and repair equipment during shutdown
    • Check equipment status before shutdown
    • Carry out trials with service departments
    • Follow shutdown instructions diligently
    • Execute specific jobs with safety compliance
  • Safety Assurance:
    • Ensure safety for workmen and oneself
    • Use proper PPE
    • Obtain work permits before tasks
    • Implement safety protocols as per SOPs
  • System Implementation:
    • Incorporate ISO, EMS, OHSAS, SA 8000, and WCM systems
    • Involve employees for system enhancements
    • Implement Information Security per guidelines
    • Conduct improvement studies and kaizen
    • Identify and rectify abnormalities and unsafe conditions
    • Plan and execute 5S activities for quality improvement
