ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer supporting multiple web and mobile applications in a 24*7 mode
Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments. Proven knowledge of using Azure DevOps, DataDog and support processes
Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
Well versed with drafting, reviewing and editing the production run books and training juniors on the support processes
Excellent client communication and drive the priority items
Perform in-depth production incident troubleshooting, resolve production incidents and monitor the fixes to ensure correct resolution
Should have worked on Microsoft Techstack in the past with hands-on experience in .NET
Good debugging skills, analysis of DataDog logs and create relevant tickets on ADO, responding to P1-P2 tickets, creating ADO tickets from FreshService and
Production ticket triaging, assigning to team members, identify dependencies, following up, updating NBLY stakeholders, preparing release notes, drive the actual deployment with all stakeholders once every 2 weeks
Should have understanding of AWS cloud or cloud in general

Understands logging utilities, ex:
Datadog, Firebase (for mobile) and should be able to read the logs to understand issues
Should have the ability to co-ordinate with Tech leads and the customer
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
