Job title - Solution Architect – Client Success What you'll do for us...Demonstrate thorough knowledge of industry best practices, business process, o9's solutions, technical architecture and value proposition.
Own the executing experience with regards to supporting supply chain planning applications, by leading multiple customer success teams to deliver the results.
Responsible for solution usability and uptime by resolving any customer issues in a timely fashion, ensuring the accuracy of data loads, and validating the e2e workflows Lead customer sessions in the issue reviewing, adoption analysis and ticket trend analysis.
Able to differentiate the scope of solution bugs vs solution change requests, and making recommendations to fix or workaround issues on industry best practices Properly scope the customer success team's work, by following customer success team's internal process and guidelines Work with the customer to resolve issues and coordinate defect tracking, analysis and resolution process Manage customer's escalation and communication with Customer Success Managers.
Work closely with Customer Success Manager or Portfolio Owner, on gathering client reporting data, to create dashboards for cadence review.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, ensuring ongoing customer engagement and satisfaction Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and objectives, and work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that meet those needs Drive adoption of new product features and enhancements, ensuring customers are aware of and utilizing the full range of the company's offerings Monitor customer usage and identify opportunities for improvement, providing guidance and training to customers as needed Track customer success metrics and develop regular reports on customer health and satisfaction Manage customer escalations and collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues Be a mentor and guide to junior members What you'll have
Experience:
9+ Years Education:
Btech/BE, MCALanguages: SQL, MDX, T-SQL or similar.
Statistical, Optimization and Simulation skills through software tools and packages like R, SAS, CPLEX or similar is desirable Skills: Experience in implementing or supporting supply chain planning applications, Experience in managing post go-live team to ensure customer satisfaction Characteristics: Strong ability to lead by example and demonstrate proficiency in both product and domain.
Patient listener with the ability to clearly articulate your view point to manage and deliver to customer expectations, even under pressure.
Ability to analyse and process large amounts of data and complement it with intuition to prioritize and focus on the highest value opportunities or the biggest risks is key.
