Job Description:
-
- Converting business initiatives into cross platform releases of new technology features or enhancements by working with Product Owner, Chapter Leads for squads.
- Supporting and incorporating best practices in services implementation, enabling squads to develop, test and release high quality solutions to deliver value for customers on a day-to-day basis.
- Providing advice and guidance across the tribe about deliverables and the ANZ Delivery Framework, applying a collaborative approach with delivery activities.
- Influencing squads to transform release processes to improve delivery and help manage inter-Tech Area dependencies.
- Promoting and communicating planned releases to ensure full visibility by all stakeholders.
- Facilitating and leading agile release planning sessions and ensuring outcomes are well communicated and agreed to
- Driving a collaborating culture within the Tribe, providing transparency on priorities, and ensuring customer outcomes are delivered on time.
- Negotiating release schedules across platforms to present the best outcome for the customer and ANZ.
- Overseeing the approval and management of deployment activities into production e.g. code deployment, via representation to the Tribe Change Forum
- Establishing the delivery of governance, transition and approval of artefacts and processes to enable a release to progress as planned.
- Co-ordinating and executing release activities in-squad, across squads, and at times, across tribes.
- Establishing and co-ordinating tribe-external engagements, for the purposes of release delivery
Good to have:
- Prior Release Lead experience in Technology
- Experience with Cloud Technologies (AWS & GCP)
- Process oriented and at the same time, flexible and willing to working with people to ensure the delivery happens smoothly.
- Go-getter and work independently attitude will be appreciated
