Key Job Description:
- Perform all Administration activity mention in user management SOP.
- Responsible for Activation/ reset/Change/ Deactivation of User Access. (24 x7)
- Review, Configure and Manage Privilege Right Matrix.
- Prepare and creation and deactivation of update User Access Matrix.
- Provide access to service engineer user account, Review of service engineer audit trial.
- Prepare and update Application wise Process Steps for User Management.
- Preparation of Site SOP and its implementation and periodic of update.
- Prepare / Review Qualification protocol and involve in all instrument and software qualification activity including challenge test with documentation.
- Handling all IT related QMS activities. (i.e. Change control, Deviation, CAPA, Incident, Qualification documents, SOPs,.. etc.)
- Responsible for Backup and Restoration activity.
- Provide support during software assessment and mitigation plan.
- Provide support during software maintenance and network related problems.
- Participate and provide compliance to periodic review.
- Periodic verification of GLP and desktop policy.
- To conduct risk based network failure test periodically.
- Capability to discuss with middle / senior management people
- Capability to handle team

MCA/ BE- IT.

Experience / Exposure in:
Must have knowledge and experience in regulatory audit
Should have faced regulatory audits like USFDA, MHRA.
