Role/Responsibility:

  • Collaborate with individuals at all levels to cultivate an agile mindset and promote the adoption of Agile methodologies company-wide
  • Guide, mentor, and inspire junior delivery leads, ensuring the team stays informed about conventional and innovative agile practices
  • Function as an Agile Delivery Leader, overseeing scrum teams to deliver technology projects successfully within set timelines and quality standards
  • Engage with senior leadership and stakeholders to align on expectations and provide regular progress updates
  • Identify knowledge deficiencies, conduct team training, and manage cross-team transitions to ensure seamless project delivery and maintenance
  • Monitor squad/enterprise-level risks, provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders, collaborate with leadership and teams to develop mitigation strategies, and ensure effective execution
  • Coordinate with Product Analysts, Product Owners, and Product Managers to define, design, and implement product roadmaps
  • Work closely with Product, Technology, and Quality Assurance leads to address shifting priorities and facilitate efficient cross-project communication and coordination
  • Collaborate with solution integrators and external consultants on technology initiatives, oversee project artifacts, and facilitate communication among internal and external stakeholders
  • Partner with Data Management and Analytics Teams to ensure that technology solutions adhere to data quality standards
  • Engage in process improvement initiatives to deliver tangible business value
  • Operate within a diverse, global onshore/offshore technology delivery framework, coordinating with teams across multiple locations for rapid project implementation
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders throughout the organization
  • Lead program-level events and processes, including facilitating the Program Increment (PI) planning process

Qualification:

Minimum requirements for this role include:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields
  • Over 10 years of experience in any capacity within a technology organization, with at least 5 years as an Agile leader (Scrum Master or Agile coach)
  • Proven track record in leading Agile transformations and thorough understanding of various Agile ceremonies
  • Proficiency in Agile principles, methodologies, and frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban
  • Expertise in modern technology frameworks, with strong technical acumen to comprehend end-to-end system interactions
  • Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Excellent documentation and presentation abilities, proficient in creating quality artifacts and delivering results to diverse stakeholders
  • Demonstrated capacity to influence across multiple disciplines even without formal authority
  • Experience in identifying and addressing risks, escalating issues through appropriate channels
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, adept at engaging with executives, peers, and various functional groups within the organization
  • Familiarity with requirement management and collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, MIRO, Visio, Lucid, etc.
  • Preferred certifications include PMI-ACP, CSM, CSPO, SAFe, CSP, PSPO, or similar qualifications
