Role Description
GC Technoplast Pvt. Ltd., a leading manufacturer of PET preforms, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Specialist. This role is crucial in driving sales growth, enhancing market presence, and developing strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company sales goals and objectives.
Identify new business opportunities and market segments to expand the customer base.

Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Address client queries and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Sales Performance Tracking:
Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

Negotiation and Closing Deals:
Lead negotiations with clients and close deals effectively.
Ensure contract terms are adhered to and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Marketing Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy and Planning:
Develop comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to promote PET preforms.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.

Brand Management:
Enhance brand visibility and reputation through targeted marketing activities.
Manage the company's online presence, including website, social media, and digital marketing efforts.

Content Creation:
Create compelling marketing content such as brochures, presentations, newsletters, and advertisements.
Coordinate with design and content teams to produce high-quality marketing materials.

Event Management:
Organize and participate in industry trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences.
Plan and execute promotional events to attract and engage potential customers.

Collaborative Initiatives:
Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
Collaborate with product development to communicate customer feedback and market requirements.

Qualifications for Sales and Marketing SpecialistEducational Background:

Bachelor's Degree:
In Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Advanced Degree (Preferred):
MBA or equivalent in Marketing or Business Administration.

Professional Experience:

Industry Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the manufacturing sector.

Proven Track Record:
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and executing marketing campaigns.

Technical Skills:

CRM Software Proficiency:
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.

Digital Marketing Tools:
Familiarity with SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content management systems.

MS Office Suite:
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Market Research:
Ability to conduct and analyze market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Relevant certifications and additional qualifications in marketing would be beneficial.
