Functional Role (Job Description):
The primary role of this opening is to lead FP&A function, mentor team, and work with different business units to fulfill the business requirements. This role involves managing medium to high complexity environments.

Education Background: A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field. MBA/CA/CWA

Work Experience: 12 to 15 years in FP&A. Global experience of working with teams across Geographies will be given preference. Analytical approach and proactive individuals who can work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets, consolidation, and reporting to the Company.
- Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities.

Financial Analysis: Conduct deep financial analysis to evaluate the company's performance, identify trends, and provide improvement recommendations.

Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts by collaborating with various departments for accuracy.

Strategic Planning: Assist in developing and executing the company's strategic plan, evaluating financial implications, and recommending strategies to achieve organizational goals.

Variance Analysis: Monitor budget vs. actual performance, investigate variances, and suggest corrective actions.

Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.

Cost Analysis: Analyze cost structures and drivers to optimize operational efficiency and cost control.

Key Performance Parameters:

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various functions and teams, and serve as a key liaison between finance and other units for alignment with corporate objectives.

Continuous Improvement: Identify process improvement opportunities within FP&A and other business functions. Implement best practices for streamlining financial processes for efficiency.

Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of financial analysts, offering guidance on professional development and enhancement of skills.

Essential Knowledge and Analytical Skills: Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, emphasizing strategic decision support. Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.

Managerial and Soft Skills: Result-oriented, pleasing personality, high integrity, team player with the ability to manage work under pressure.
