Present in over 100 countries, Publicis Groupe employs 90,000 professionals.BackgroundThe Publicis Groupe corporate CSR/ESG team is looking for CSR/ESG Data analyst, to support and enhancethe CSR/ESG & Non-Financial reporting (annual exercise under external audit, with quarterly reporting) and, to also to work on some internal critical projects related to CSR/ESG goals on social and climate topics. The successful candidate will be highly motivated with strong interest in CSR/ESG and sustainability, project management, metrics, program measurement.Position DescriptionThe position is based in India and open to start immediately.The primary responsibility of the Senior CSR / ESG Data Analyst will be to coordinate the Publicis Groupe's CSR/ESG global non-financial reporting and liaise with its local agencies to ensure accuracy and completeness of data and to prepare the consolidated CSR/ESG reporting. The role will also support the CSR/ESG external audit process.Other opportunities will come from various projects such as:
• Global and local initiatives related to CSR/ESG across the Groupe's networks
• Company led program to get suppliers self-assessed on CSR/ESG on the proprietary platform
• Climate initiatives requiring data processing to anticipate targets, devise action plans and report on their progress
• Other adhoc projects according to business needs
• Benchmarking company ESG performance indicators to provide regular monthly reporting on third party evaluation results Minimum Qualifications
• Undergraduate Degree in Sustainability/ESG/CSR, Finance, Statistics, or any other related field.
• A minimum 5 years of work experience in data analysis and/or reporting
• High-level of Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must-have
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently
• Good communication skills and capable of working with individuals from a range of different backgrounds
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple deadlines and coordinate projects
• Knowledge of CSR/ESG issues and challenges that impact global companies (regulatory framework)The candidate will report directly to the CSR/ESG Groupe Department.
