Roles & Responsibilities :We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Integration Lead to join our team. As a Java Integration Lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust integration solutions including conversational AI integration with LLM models using Java :
- Lead the design and development of Java-based integration solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and business analysts to define integration strategies and ensure proper integration across systems.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate LLM integration frameworks, tools, and technologies.
- Design and develop APIs, web services, and messaging components for seamless integration.
- Lead the implementation of integration patterns and best practices to ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and execute integration test plans to ensure the reliability and stability of integration solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integration and provide technical support to the development team.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in integration technologies and methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Java Integration Lead or a similar role.
- 7-10 years of experience.
- Strong proficiency in Java programming language and associated frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.).
- Any working knowledge of BOT development would be added advantage.
- Experience with API design, development, and management.
- Deep knowledge of web services (RESTful and SOAP), messaging systems (JMS, RabbitMQ, Kafka), and data formats (XML, JSON).
- Experience with enterprise integration platforms such as Apache Camel, MuleSoft, or similar.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their integration capabilities.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience in delivering integration projects on time and within budget.
