Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Head to lead our business development initiatives and drive growth for our digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Responsibilities:
Business Development Strategy:
Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
Identify key market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to stay ahead in the digital marketing landscape.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage long-term partnerships.
Collaborate with the account management team to ensure the delivery of high-quality services that meet or exceed client expectations.
New Business Acquisition:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry events. Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and pitching to contract negotiation and closure. Team Leadership:
Manage and lead the business development team, providing guidance, support, and mentoring to ensure individual and team success.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the business development department. Proposal and Presentation Development:
Prepare compelling and customized proposals and presentations for prospective clients. Effectively communicate the agency's value proposition and services to potential clients. Revenue Growth:
Meet and exceed revenue targets by driving successful sales initiatives and expanding the client portfolio. Work closely with the finance team to monitor financial performance and make data-driven decisions. Market Intelligence:
Stay informed about industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and changes in the competitive landscape. Use market intelligence to provide recommendations for service enhancements and business growth. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Proven track record of success in business development within the digital marketing industry.
